The Iraqi Central Bank, on Monday, all Iraqi banks need to adopt the standards of the user protection network and approved by the company Swift global before the end of 2017. 

The Director of the Information Office of the Central Bank of Iraq, Acer Jabbar, that the central bank's claim came as part of the commitment of the Iraqi banking sector to apply international standards in the field of remittances. 

He pointed out that the standards of the 16-user protection network can be summed up by the need to restrict access to the Internet and to separate sensitive systems from the general environment of information technology, as well as to mitigate cyber attacks and vulnerabilities.

"Other security measures include security intuition to protect against access to websites and storage, to prevent the detection of safe passwords, to manage bank identification numbers, to separate privileges, to detect suspicious activities within the system, to record the number of operations and to develop plans to respond to different situations (errors and incidents) And information sharing.
