OMG!!!  I am slow, really slow.  They are going to use time on their side.  The SOL will continue to put forth maliki as their candidate and the reformist will keep voting it down and rejecting it, until, and big until, the 15 days are up and the President will place a PM in the GOI.  Am I on base here?   He has the power to do it, and rather than the fighting for another year, it comes to this.  Possibly?   And my goodness, by all means let it be.  The SOL will reject every candidate that the national would put forth, and drag this out just as they did with the Interior and Defense ministers.  So much that maliki put in proxies and kept the positions for himself, like about 100 others also.   This is my hope that the courts whether it be true for the SOL or the National, it won't matter.  They can't agree.  The president will use his powers.  Like he should have a long time ago and put a no confidence on maliki.
