Last time Malaki left the country everyone said " It WONT R/V because Malaki's huge ego and he wants the credit". I believe in half of that......I think the best grandstand entrance is stepping back on iraqi soil,Freshly R/Ved, from a jet with hands in the air,after he kicked the infidels out of the country! This is big enough to satiate his ego i think(lets hope). Go R/V

The IMF si not the trigger puller for the RV. It is Shabibi. Not even Maliki can do it. If they can get their act together, Shabs would RV before Maliki goes to the USA. Maliki can then say to Obama "ok, we did our part, now do your's", referring to helping Iraq get released from of chapter 7.
