Ol Okie claims he has known the rate for quite some time but what I have heard him say he seems to have a different rate each time he talks. He keeps changing what it is going to be pegged to. He seems very confused! I wish I could believe him but how can anyone believe this guy when it seems everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. His credibility has taken a serious hit in the last few months if he ever had any. :) Well I guess we can always hope that one of these times one of his ramblings come true but I'm not getting too excited just yet.
