A girl named Olelady from another site has stated Shabibi is the one in charge of the RV now even without the ministers. I wondered if anyone thought this is a possibility?

Who knows? Remember the dunderhead from a few months back(can't remember his/her name) who replied to every post with "no budget, no RV". There were many here who believed it at the time. Guess what? The budget was passed, yet no RV has happened. There could be literally hundreds of things that need to get done.

Security could be a factor in stability. Stability is a key-factor to consider in itself.

Why? Well, if a Re-value were to occur, speculators will exchange based upon the stability of the country.

If the citizens all of a sudden have more wealth, yet, they don't have the necessary basic qualities such as clean water & electricity, they may protest again.

According to those in the know nothing more needs to be done for this thing to RV now. Remember no particular incident will follow an RV it will only take place at the oddest time when you least expect it.

People forget............Maliki is the proxy security minister. He already had a vote of confidence. They have a government, there just working out the final pieces of Erbil agreement.

Shabibi stated here in the U.S., they will need security to devote time for there process. Who knows when that will happen. Bottom line, they already have a proxy security minister.

They can move on a rv/ redonomination anytime they truly want. IMO
