the Jordan islamic bank rate has changed to a rate of 1USD to 0.3100IQD. believe what you want but its on there bank site clear as crystal.

Please visit the numerous Jordan Islamic Bank threads from a couple of days ago. There were a ton of posts in there regarding this. This data is from 2004. For all the developers out there, the call from the website is to http://www.aquariussoft.com/scripts/getdatajs.aspx which brings up the following data to fill the converter information. They are either using an unregistered version or are not posting any type of registered id so the data link is returning data from Jan 2, 2004. Hope this clarifies.

Theory.........site has been hacked as well as Doha site......read some time ago (last week of DEC 2010) a clown said he'd hack sites and sit back and laugh as all the dinar people go crazy.......just a theory as nothing has been proven about the actual goings on over in Jordan or kuwait

I guess Doha could have been hacked although that would have been a higher profile hack of a legit (higher security) bank site. Interesting theory as I know the data was in the table so a data link would have had to have been compromised. As for the Jordan site, that is just old, unregistered software pulling data through a site called aquarius.com with a static converter (data is static).

How do you account for the rate of $3.225 IF the IQD:USD conversion rate was 1160 in 2004?
