Per the GOI assesment, Maliki has 3 more positions to fill if i read it right

What happened to Allawi's position? Is it not part of the GOI?

I know he wanted MOF but looks like Maliki has his color code positioned for it

Great find...No wonder M has had to take time to form his government....had to fill 38 minister positions plus his two deputies....Imagine having 40 individuals report directly to you? UGH!
