Once it becomes an internationally traded currency, it will be able to be exchanged anywhere "Internationally" It is currently not. Do a search on the forums and even the internet. There is lots of info out there!

At the top of the website you have to make sure you are on the Kuwait site. To be sure, look at the top of your currency chart if it says QAR You need to switch to Kuwait Site. Called the NY Branch and they stated they do not deal with the currency exchange and that I would have to call the Kuwait Branch.

I will be the first to say I am not one with "intel" or will I say I have a contact or am deep cover in Iraq (ha), However there are a few of you that are VERY wrong about nothing "BIG" going down in baghdad right today. I am not going to risk my job by posting on here what is going on as they have asked us not to say anything "just in case" as it is not worth it. Stryker is closed however cropper is not...Which used to be included in stryker...All of stryker is now considered "cropper". Some contractors ( I know this to be fact) Still live and work on stryker. There are Iraqi Nationals (Mostly higher military families) (also a fact) that do live on stryker/cropper/surrounding area. So Just because it said Stryker does not mean anything.

Technically all marines have left Iraq, Now that is not to say there are some still in country. Marines are known as "combat troops" which all of us know there are no "combat troops in country. That is not to say there are not marines in country playing support roles, intel roles or any other assist roles to the Army, Navy, AirForce, CIA, DIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, I think you get the picture. I have a select few marines where I am so, I hope this helps!

Ya, I thought it was a good question. I am just curious. My POA is a on my bank account to handle transactions but this year I went ahead and made (said person) my POA to handle house transactions and other transactions of interest this year. I figured since said person can sign for a house or whatever else may be, said person will have power to do this transaction without a letter from me, since the POA states all this. Any information would be great! Thanks!

I am overseas, I know D T says that a letter will work for others to cash in...However, My (person at home) has power of attorney for me. I am curious if that will be good enough or the letter will still be needed? Thanks for the info!
