FOUNDIT
BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi capital witnessed on Friday a massive sit-in at the al-Firdows Square, central Baghdad, demanding to accelerate the process of forming a national government of real partnership. The participants also demanded to get services urgently, and that violations to the constitution have to be stopped. The demonstrators offered two options, either to form the government or to redo the election. They said that if the government was not formed, then authority should be restored to the Iraqi people. Several demonstrations were held today, mainly after the Friday Prayer, against the delay in forming the government. Now lets see how they respond to the voters organized demands...Go RV

mrparrot
There's a radio station in L.A. KFI am 640. The John & Ken show have a history of staging listener-supported protests involving the sending of pertinent items to certain political members. They had listeners send rubber chickens to Jerry Brown and toilet plungers to someone else. The item selected is based on whatever the politician has done to anger the people. Perhaps we could do something like that. We could send rolls of toilet paper as a message to "sh*t or get off the pot". Or maybe we could send snails. "Here's something that moves faster than you.".
