Palm - The Iraqi politicians that the deadline it set for itself the political groups (National Coalition and the state of the law) in five days to select one candidate for prime minister may not be sufficient and there is no guarantee that Nuri al-Maliki, the current Prime Minister to win a second term.

The National Alliance, which includes a coalition of law led by al-Maliki and the Iraqi National Alliance, backed by Iran had given the same deadline on Tuesday for five days to choose a candidate for office in an attempt to end six months of political deadlock since the parliamentary elections that took place in March and the unfinished Pfaiz clear.

He said some politicians that even if Maliki's nomination by the National Alliance, it could have trouble convincing others outside the alliance to work with him did not get any political bloc an absolute majority in March elections, sparking a rivalry between the blocs led by the Shiites and those supported by Sunni and Kurdish factions For a site in the next Iraqi government.

The coalition, which won the largest number of seats in parliament's 325 seats, the coalition-led Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi former support the minority Sunni force was unable to coalition Iraqi - who won 91 seats in the new parliament, up two from a coalition of state law - to win the support of other deputies at his side to form a majority to form a government.

Aziz said Ugaili MP for the Iraqi National Coalition, even if al-Maliki called the National Alliance, the only candidate to head the government, it will lose in the next round and may not be able to convince others of the other blocs to join a government of national partnership.

Bye bye M!!!! You will be swinging from a short rope soon! If you would have negotiated sooner, maybe you could have stayed alive in Iraq. Go to London!!! It's your only hope.

Are you serious? He is a professional politician. Do not even think you can second guess this guy. He has the best chance of being the next Iraqi PM. He will do whatever it takes to remain in power. He is no different from the rest of political incumbents in the all of the world. Power over the people is their religion: it's their lifeblood.

If Maliki was going anywhere he would be gone. With all of the delays it would appear that he will still be the PM. Here is a man that has been shot more then once, poisened, family members kidnapped and held, framed, almost blown up by his own security guards and just recently another attempt to assasinate him has been made when he landed in the hospital. It was reported as Diabetes Coma, untrue such does not require emergency surgery. The man is still standing his ground. Did it ever occur to anyone that he might just be the best PM at this time in Iraq's shakey Politcal environment?

Thank you for the post, Ron.

God Bless You.
