The US state dept has called upon Vietnam to raise the value of their currency. The US can call on other nations to raise their currency values all it wants to. US dictates to prosperous nations while it is in debt. The decision is still with the central banks of these nations. The currency wars will work themselves out in due time. We have been after China forever to revalue their currency, but here we are. We have no power at all to dictate anything to other countries.
