Finance issues a new directive to its employees

Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Finance issued a new directive to its employees regarding working hours on Friday and Saturday.

The ministry stated in a brief statement received by Alsumaria News, "Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, directed employees of the accounting and budget departments and the Central Bank to work on Friday and Saturday."

She stated that "for the purpose of completing the transfer procedure for investment projects, and including the salary differences and associated transfers in current expenses."

Well, let’s see, they have to finish spending the 2023 budget, can longer use the USD, and oh yes, we have to change the rate. So, yes you all have to come in and work this coming weekend. No holiday for you!!! Now get busy!!!

The Minister of Finance directs the completion of financing, its launch and deposit in the accounts of expenditure units

Baghdad - Finance Minister Taif Sami
on Thursday directed the completion of funds, launching them and depositing them in the accounts of spending units.

The Ministry of Finance said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Minister of Finance Taif Sami directed the continuation of the working hours of the employees of the accounting and budget departments, the Central Bank of Iraq / Department of Information Technology and Computers and the branches of Rafidain and Al-Rasheed banks next Friday and Saturday;
She added, "Sami also directed the completion of the funds and their launch by the accounting department and deposited in the accounts of the spending units of ministries, provinces and non-ministry entities in the branches of the banks concerned, including the Central Bank of Iraq."
