The report is dated 2021? When they passed the budget in June / July they stated the rate was set for theb3 years of then budget. But I am sure there is a clause where it can change... I might be wrong. However, considering the pace they are currently moving at there is clearly an urgency for some reason. I am not sure what that reason is but I am also not convinced they would last till 2025 without a rate change.  @Luigi1 what is your take on this ? Thanks

If I know people they will most definitely have clauses to do what they want when stipulations are met, forced, etc....and for dayumn sure they're not lasting another year at the current rate with all the tension and movement in the right direction things gotta go through soon enough 👀

Being the ministry that created this clause is in jail, I wouldn’t put too much into this. Sudani has things rolling in the correct direction. Jan 1st BRICS will change the world.  JMO

what happens if the budget with zeros removed has already been factored in? the rise and fall in oil prices will have an affect!
