Nader From The Mid East   My friend from LA called me gave me a couple of good news, and I wanted to confirm, so I called somebody else over here about the IMF saying they're ready to turn the switch.  The US treasury same way.  I heard about the rate...This is what they told me. I don't know if it's true or not.  I cannot confirm it because over here there's no noises about it.  But they said it's gonna be $4-something.  Me, I believe at $3.45.  I don't believe more than $3.50.  I don't believe that [$4-something] strongly...

Nobody is going to believe me and I totally understand, but 8 or 10 years ago on ex currency converter for about 2 minutes I saw it at $4.16 .  I couldn't believe my eyes so I put in 2 dinars in and it came up $8.32  then it was gone.

I recall on several occasions, the IQD showing up on FOREX sites, then posted on this site, only then, the next day it was gone.
