What is the optimal time for RV? Morning, Afternoon, Night?

Hey everyone, What are your thoughts on the optimal time for the RV to occur? I've heard Frank say 2-4a.m..... Just curious on what other people think and when did the Kuwaiti Dinar RV....morning, afternoon, night? If anyone remembers....Thanks all.

If you think about it, there are different time zones all around the world.....so, it will RV morning, afternoon or night......depends on where you are

Just know that if the Iraqis could wake you out of a beautiful dream about Eva Longoria in the dead of night, they would surely do it. Just make yourself portable, timewise, and have the martinis chillin' in the firidge at all times. I asked my friend, an Iraqi aboriginal, and he says their people are very much morning persons, and he recommends that you just go with that and count the time zone differences.

It'll probably happen around 3-4 A.M. Central time, that's when the CBI has their new auctions and one day they'll just come out and auction at the new rate and instanly all dinar is that rate.
