Al-Manea told Al-Furat News that: “The blockage has reached advanced stages, and there are no solutions on the horizon until the moment, and there are no signs from the political blocs other than side dialogues,” warning against “the continuation of this blockage until the month of July and its dire consequences, and those who rely on him must be a key to the solution.” ".
He added, "The coordination framework initiative had a broader resonance among the political parties and won everyone's satisfaction, and the initiative of the independents did not add anything new other than what the framework provided."
And Al-Manea said, "The framework initiative opened the door to all the blocs, to the extent that they argued that the independents are an integral part of the Shiite component, and they have the right to express their opinion by naming the prime minister."
And a member of the State of Law coalition concluded, "The framework did not receive a political response from the pillars of the Triple Alliance, and the first node lies in the station of the Presidency of the Republic, not as it is rumored that it is in the prime ministership."

Al-Maliki's coalition: The emergency support law is the beginning of chaos and we will stand against it

Baghdad - people

Haider al-Lami, a leader in the state of law and a member of the coordination framework, said on Monday that the insistence on passing the emergency support law is an attempt to “twist the arms,” and while referring to the availability of alternatives to the law that do not violate the constitution, he stressed that there is no difference over the Sadrist bloc’s nomination of Jaafar al-Sadr for prime minister. .

Al-Lami said, in an exclusive statement to "Nass" (June 6, 2022), that "the emergency support law violates the constitution, and the internal system of Parliament. financial, and therefore there are two prohibitions."

He added, "The Federal Court's decisions are final and there are no appeals, and the tripartite alliance re-drafted this law in which it twisted arms and challenged the Federal Court and the Constitution, and the beginning of chaos, because it was supreme and raised the value of Parliament over the Federal Court."

And he continued, "In the event that the Federal Court is forced to pass this law, we will stand against it because it is an invalid legislation that is contrary to the constitution and the internal system of Parliament, the Prime Minister and the Federal Court, as the latter gave its opinion on it previously, and it is a final decision."

Al-Lami believed that there are alternatives to the emergency support law, including “the system of advances, borrowing, installments, and purchasing on credit,” noting that “food items, for example, can be purchased on credit or the advance system from the central bank. These solutions are available and do not violate the constitution. The money that was achieved by the increase in the price of oil is suspicious,” he said, referring to the emergency subsidy law.

Regarding the recent political understandings, the leader in State of Law stated, "We are still looking for solutions in order to reach the cornerstone of the Shiite house. The Sunnis have reached, from the first day, to a solution, by agreement on al-Halbousi as Speaker of Parliament, and the Kurds sat at a round table and began to participate, and we will They end up in the various matters to reach the choice of the president of the republic, and despite the complexity, they continue to communicate."

He explained, "As for the Shiite house, the first point that we do not have the right to compromise, negotiate or reach an agreement on the Shiite house is the largest bloc in number. In order for there to be an election for the President of the Republic under Article 76 of it, the President of the Republic is assigned from the Shiite House to be the Prime Minister.

Al-Lami continued, "We are still trying with the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, in order to reach the point that the Shiite house is the most numerous bloc. The government and the majority emanate from it. If the constitution is fully implemented, there will be the Shiite bloc that is the most numerous, and this is the despicable, and we don’t have anything else, even if they want the prime minister, we will not differ from Jaafar al-Sadr being the Sadrist bloc’s candidate for prime minister. We did not agree".

The beginning was from the capital, Baghdad, where Allawi issued a statement following the meeting of the National Coalition in which he put forward an initiative that begins with holding an unconditional national meeting of national political leaders, the date of which will be determined later, followed by several steps that will contribute to stopping violations of constitutional timing. The initiative of the leader of the National Coalition called for "choosing an interim government that works to achieve security and stability in Iraq, that takes it upon itself to conduct fair elections, and choose a new commission to organize the upcoming elections that enjoys the confidence of the Iraqi people and works with high transparency and integrity, as well as the completion of a new electoral law that fulfills the requirements of court decisions. Supreme Federalism in a manner that guarantees a fair representation of the Iraqi people.
He noted, "The position of the Prime Minister is the actual conflict, and therefore the Prime Minister-designate in the interim government must be given the freedom to choose his ministerial (cabinet) provided that its standard is efficiency and integrity, and he manages the affairs of the country and implements a government program that works to meet the needs of the people and provide what is needed. Representatives intend to present a new thesis of collecting all initiatives from the beginning of the crisis until now and merging them into one national initiative that satisfies all parties.
In an interview with Al-Sabah, the representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Party, Suzan Mansour, suggested that "all initiatives should be combined and a single national initiative can be extracted from them, meaning that all initiatives are taken into consideration.
She added that "the goals of all political forces in the arena are common, such as fighting corruption, providing services to the citizen, and economic, security and political stability, and all of this affects the stability of the country, and therefore let us work to take the common points in the proposed initiatives, and consider the points on which they differ."
And she indicated that "the independents have influence in the political arena, they have experience, they have their fans, and they have weight in the political arena," adding that "the National Union is working to unite all political forces and is at the same distance from them and still maintains these distances between the blocs."
Mansour continued, "The political blockage does not lie in the political agreement on the position of the President of the Republic, but if there is an agreement on the position of Prime Minister, the election of the President of the Republic will pass smoothly, and our only candidate is still Barham Salih."
For his part, political analyst Jassem al-Moussawi said in an interview with "Al-Sabah", "After the political parties reached the inability to achieve a quorum in the session to elect the president of the republic and then go to the prime minister's stage, it seems that there is an initiative that has begun to take shape in the Kurdistan region." led by Massoud Barzani.
He added that "the delegation of the Independent Committee to the region means that there is a new initiative and this initiative may be part of the solution," and indicated that "the Salvation Government, whose formation is expected to be called, may continue with the political agreement, bypassing Article 76 for a period of two years to prepare the ground for re-conducting the elections, and it must There is a solution to this closure, which seems to be much more than what is called a political blockage because the political forces are retreating in their places, not taking a step towards the other, and the philosophy of each group has remained unchanged between majority and consensus.

The Victory Coalition: The Kurdish House's dialogues are a way out of the political crisis

{Politics: Al-Furat News} The spokesman for the victory coalition, Ahmed Al-Wondi, today, Saturday, considered the Kurdish House dialogues "an outlet" to get out of the current political crisis.

Al-Wandi told Al-Furat News that: "Dialogues in the Kurdish House are a way out of the political crisis, considering that if the parties agree within the Kurdish House and come out with one explanation for the Presidency of the Republic, it will reduce the crisis and put more pressure on finding a solution within the Shiite House."
He added, "Selecting a candidate for the president of the republic is one of the tools that can be resolved to get out of the political stalemate."
Al-Wondi continued, "There is a project that brings together the three parties in the tripartite alliance. In fact, this alliance went through many bumps and got more complicated after the insistence of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, to go to the opposition, and his speech about the resignation of the representatives of the movement would aggravate the political situation and make it more complicated."

Legal comment on the resignation of Sadrist deputies: Al-Halabusi cannot reject it and does not need a vote

1655053528784.jpeg

Legal expert Jamal al-Assadi on Sunday commented on the procedures followed after sadrist bloc deputies resigned as speaker of parliament.

"There is no need for deputies to vote on these resignations, nor can the speaker of parliament legally reject the resignations of sadrist deputies," Al-Assadi told Shafaq News.

"The approval of the house of representatives only gives them the right to retire, which includes every deputy who has been present for more than a year in the parliamentary session, and the submission of the deputies of the Sadrist bloc does not affect the work of the House of Representatives, there are replacements who will step up in their place, and the replacements are the biggest losers by the number of votes, than any bloc," he said.

Sadrist leader Moqtada Sadr on Sunday thanked his allies in the "Save a Homeland" coalition and said they were "in a solution from me."

"This step is a sacrifice from me for the sake of the country and the people to rid them of the unknown destiny, as we have already sacrificed for the liberation, sovereignty, security, unity and stability of Iraq," Sadr said.

Sadr, who complements the "Save the Homeland" coalition triangle (Kurdistan Democratic Party, Sadrist bloc, and sovereignty), warned last Thursday to remain in opposition or withdraw completely from the political process, unless a government constitutes a "national majority", as directed by members of its parliamentary bloc, to write their resignations in preparation for submission to the presidency of parliament

A new Kurdish movement towards the blocs in Baghdad headed by Fouad Hussein to form the government

{Politics: Al Furat News} A member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Sherzad Qassem, revealed a Kurdish movement towards the capital, Baghdad, headed by Fouad Hussein, to form a government.

Qasim said; For the program “Al-Mastra” broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight, it said: “Two days ago, he formed a delegation to negotiate with all the blocs, and we are waiting for the new map of Parliament to deal with the new reality, and we are ready for dialogue,” revealing “the committee headed by Fouad Hussein and the membership of Rekan and Shakhwan Abdullah to negotiate in Baghdad.”
He added, "Our position is clear and frank, and the negotiations in Baghdad come with the parties that are unable to come to Erbil. As for the main negotiating delegation, it will be headed by Massoud Barzani, head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party."
Qassem continued, "The Front for the Salvation of the Nation is still existing and has turned into a political movement outside parliament, and this means that it no longer has an impact within parliament, but there will be other formations according to the new political map."
He added, "No future government can continue to satisfy the highest political bloc in the elections," noting that "previous daily phone calls between the leaders of the Triple Alliance and the withdrawal of the Sadrist bloc were not surprising, but came as a result of the political blockage."
Qassem concluded, by saying, "Differences and stagnation between the two Kurdish parties have begun to dissolve and fade, and the dispute over the presidency of the republic will not be an obstacle to Parliament, and there is complete harmony in the vision between the two parties."
