GOI gives reasons why there must be a new exchange rate.

That would be good news, if they actually made it happen!   They need the exchange rate to go up.  They can be one of the richest countries in the world!   I support their decision to make a decision!!

GOI is very good at passing laws but are very poor at enacting such laws.  Many past laws sit mothballed for years.
