[Baghdad_Where] The
MP from the Bayariq Al-Khair bloc confirmed, on Monday, the existence of a shadow government that runs the Council of Ministers and Parliament, while noting the absence of the members ’opinion to vote and take decisions.
Khalidi said that "decisions in the House of Representatives do not have the freedom to make decisions, and it does not exceed a third of those who have the freedom to decide in the disputed fateful laws."

He added that "some blocks of their decisions are issued in parliament through the globes on communication sites and they lead messages," noting that "there are messages that reach each deputy regarding whether to vote or not or to reserve a decision."

He stressed that "the future of Iraq and the political process is on the next elections, and if they were fair, Iraq would cross it to safety or return to the point zero with corruption."

When reading the title of the post I was wondering if you were talking about USA or Iraq. Interesting how the two may have similar possibilities, IMO of course.

So Mammaw and Yota691 are both saying Iraq is now America's 51st State?...lol :cheesehead: :flagsmiley:
