md11fr8dawg
Hell, Quit screwing around and make the rate like Iran's, say 22,000 dinar/USD. Make it worthless. That should get the dinar out of those mattresses!!! 4
NWGUY
Huuuuhhhh???? I know this is the rumors section, but Iraq has held the rate at 1190 to the dollar for all the 11 yrs I have been here, and they just lowered or raised it to 1450, however you want to look at it. I can't believe that someone could come in and get them to change the rate again in less than a couple weeks???? Nope....ain't going to happen. They may RV or RI, but they are not going to devalue their currency anymore. Big Bluff!!
Linda Bower
I read this article. It said that the World Bank recommended a rate of 1660 against the US dollar, the IMF proposed 1300 and Iraq decided on changing the rate to 1450. So this does not mean they are changing this rate again.
