BAGHDAD / Al-Masala: The head of the Baiarq al-Khair bloc, Mohammed al-Khalidi, announced on Saturday October 13, 2018, the intention of the House of Representatives to vote on naming the heads and members of the Standing Committees of Parliament during today's session, indicating that the Presidency of the Parliament will consider the appeals submitted on the health of some members of the House.

Al-Muthanna provincial council chairman Abdul-Hussein al-Dhalimi announced on Saturday that the council had submitted a request to the Federal Court on the duality between the position of the winner of the House of Representatives who has not been sworn in.

"The number of conservatives who won the elections of the House of Representatives did not take the oath of office and are still practicing their duties as conservatives and this has led to the inability of the provincial councils to announce the opening of the nomination for the position by the councils," Council President Abdul Hussein al-Dhalimi said in a televised statement. Noting that "the departure of the constitutional oath has led to the fabrication of some problems."

Al-Dhlami added that "the provincial council submitted a request to the Federal Court to ask for its opinion on the possibility of the provincial council to open the door for nomination for the position of the governor because he was certified by the membership of the court, or to leave his post subject to his constitutional oath."

It is noteworthy that Governor Muthanna Faleh Zeidi, winner of the elections of the House of Representatives did not quit his post as governor because of his lack of performance of the constitutional right as a deputy in the House of Representatives. Ending / 25
