May 28, 2017

Pawned citizen's parliamentary bloc, Sunday, took its support of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi for a second term, by the National Alliance components, confirming that it was going to claim, as prime minister after winning 25 seats in the next election.

The spokesman said bloc spokesman Habib Terminal for «Journal News», that "the citizen bloc did not give up its support within the National Alliance", and if Abadi was the coalition for his choice next prime minister, "the bloc's first citizen supporters of it."

"The talk about the next prime minister is premature as under what would achieve the results of the elections, and the right of any large bloc within the National Alliance to demand the post of prime minister," noting that "the citizen bloc when gaining 25 seats in the next election will have a loud voice to demand the prime minister, especially given that the survival of this post for a certain destination for a long time is not right.
