not sure if this  , is  going to play out like they are talking ,  the oil sands project has had a lot of opposition  , in the ideas , that  it will be very costly too extract the oil from the sands , { I am not an expert but it sounds plausible , as it starts in sand  }  and the oil drilling in the u.s.  will not bring gas prices down  { in my opinion }  .  it will how ever hold it too a  certain price ,  if it is $ 2 .50   now the oil drilling will or could hold It too this  price range  ,but it will bring jobs back too the industry

and this line  from the article , I hope they do a heck of a lot more  than just , " maintain the value "  they better  raise the value  of the dinar , then maintain  ! I am sure this was an over sight from the author of this article !  { lets hope  that is what  they mean }  after  yesterdays  hot news  on dinar ,  just holding the value of dinar at the same  worthless rate  will only  inflame  the all ready  unstable  peace in the streets  about , jobs,  and ability too keep the family safe  from hunger , and  well being of Iraq as a whole  { my thoughts }
