A delegation from the Iraqi Council of Representatives, headed by Salim al-Jubouri went this morning to Arbil to meet with officials in the province of Kurdistan.

 

A parliamentary source said in a statement, that "Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri went along with a delegation from the Parliament to the region."

 

He added, "The delegation will meet the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani to discuss the latest political and security developments and approve the federal budget for the year 2017 with him."

 

The House of Representatives voted on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, on all the items contained in the draft general budget of the country for the next Act in 2017, attended by 186 members.

A delegation from the House of Representatives , headed by Salim al -Jubouri, on Saturday, to Arbil to meet with officials in the province ofKurdistan. 

A source said in a press statement, that 'Parliament Speaker Salim al -Jubouri went along with a delegation from the Parliament to the region.' 

He added, 'The delegation will meet with President of the Kurdistan region ,Massoud Barzani , to discuss the latest political and security developments and approve the federal budget for the year 2017 with him.'

Mr. Prime Minister Salim al - Jubouri , today visited Arbil at the head of a political and a religious delegation to offer condolences to the Rev. Mr. Massoud Barzani , the death of the elder sister Mrs. its territory Khan , God rest her soul ,, Dr. Salim al -President the only political leader who Kak Massoud said in his visit a month ago in Baghdad that he would not meet him because he contributed to the withdrawal of confidence from his uncle , Mr. Hoshyar Zebari !! Forgetting that Dr. Salim does not represent himself , but he is the president 's top legislative authority and oversight elected, not to meet him was a disregard for the voice of the people and its choices, the visit of President al - Jubouri today to Arbil brought us the message that it's not the Baghdad of trying to personifying the problems between them and the Kurdistan but it 's we, so I did not hesitate a day in the naming of the President of the House of Representatives for proper Hakim because he already was wise today. 

Saturday saw the Kurdistan political capital and cultural totally different demonstrations at the same time ,, in Arbil came out very large demonstration organized by the Kurdistan Democratic Party to condemn the MP Serwa Abdul Wahid 's statements about the families of the Peshmerga ,, city of Arbil banned demonstrations and gatherings and a meeting of the freedom of expression even and that was the legitimate demands of the salary as a crisis !! No doubt we all defend the rights of the peshmerga and their families a decent and do not accept prejudice or without underestimating their bid on one ,, but the body of LaSalle gave the license and allowed the establishment of a demonstration today in Arbil ,, Will rejoice that this InshaAllah , a glimmer of hope that the citizens of Erbil You can have the right to demonstrate peacefully ?? .. More thing that struck me today is Mr. Mansur Barzani , son of Kak Massoud statement when he said that we do not accept the apology, meaning Ms. Serwa ,,, any scary message carrying this statement with it? God Almighty Lord of all the subjects is the Merciful , the Compassionate, the dozens of verses of the Koran mentions that he is Forgiving , Merciful to His slaves ,, all countries of the world pass laws and the special amnesty and general decisions much larger than the MP Serwa statement !! crimes See what they want to tell us today, do they have over the fairness of the sky and the law of God, and , we fear for our children and future generations, a fate awaits them? 
, 
And today also there was a demonstration in Sulaimaniya , capital of culture and freedoms ,, Mcharkoha and organizers are people angry at the teachers, staff and the clergy and civil society organizations ,, they came to the House of Representatives office in Sulaimaniya province Ackroa us their deputies in parliament and in order to pass the budget law , perhaps treats them fairly and given them their rights stolen ,, demonstration brought justice, transparency and the rule of law ,, messages Sulaymaniyah messages were filled with hope and taught us that our Kurdish people conscious and demanding their legitimate rights ,, they gave me hope that already stronger than the will of the ruling parties that work on peoples how mouths and disparaging the suffering of the people and play a Bmekdrath and wealth, for people inside our parties ,, people in Sulaimaniya today carried slogans demanding the application of the budget and chanting (Baghdad court Ehna -during We want our right).
