Maliki , like Obama has created such divide in Iraq that these guys will never get along unless we get ones that are not associated with a political party. That is the only way that the provinces will get their powers through law 21 amended. They are all corrupt, but i guess we need the ones that will at least put the people first or at least along side of them and allow  them to have at least some hope for a better future. They need to let the provinces protect themselves, which is what the national guard law was for, but the shiites, or should i say state law coaition wont agree to it because they are so afraid that their will be a sunni uprising, and heaven forbid that another sunni gets into power because they all think it will end up like saddam. Well maliki was just as bad, and now you have iran creating their caos thanks to obama and the u.s lack of leadership. I watched the videos that yota posted about abadi being ran out of karrada district and the first thing that came to mind  was that after 12 years this is all we have  to show for a country that our soldiers fought and died for.
