Barzani's visit to the US Embassy says the province is ready to cooperate with Baghdad at all levels

Twilight News / within the framework of his current visit to Baghdad, on Monday, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Naچervan Barzani and his accompanying delegation, visited the US embassy in Baghdad headquarters was greeted by US Ambassador Stuart Jones diplomatic body in the embassy.

In a statement to the provincial government responded to the Twilight News, said Jones, who finished his duties as an ambassador for his country in Iraq, expressed his pleasure to meet with Barzani, and thanked the support and facilities he received from the Kurdistan Region to perform his duties for the duration of its embassy in Iraq, stressing the strengthening of bilateral relations larger between the province and America.

The statement noted that Barzani for his part thanked the US ambassador for his continuing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, wishing him success in his new duties.

He added that Barzani briefed on the dialogues and meetings conducted by the provincial delegation with officials in the Iraqi government on the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad, stressing that the region was ready to cooperate with Baghdad at all levels to address the problems are in the interest of both sides.

The statement pointed out that the discussion of the security and political situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan region and the latest developments in the war against al "Daesh" terrorist and a number of other topics were other themes of the meeting.

Good morning, Yota, and thank you for posting what I consider to be 'the encouraging article of the day.' You haven't disappointed me at all this past week, and I look forward to more of the same in the next several days. This particular article is unique and especially encouraging, as it reflects harmony expressed by Barzani, which is something I rarely see - as is the reference to the meeting taking place in the US Embassy.
