Thanks Yota, and good morning. I must say, after months of waiting, I was glad to see them vote on the second amendment to the nightclub guards act. Nice to see their sense of urgency in caring for the poor people is shining through. 

Wonder if this is one of the 70 pending laws Jubouri said were awaiting urgent action?

I've noticed that they almost never have meetings in the same place,  always a new location or at least different decor . Is this for security or do they have an astounding number of meeting rooms?
