 They really need to fire the person that is writing these articles. :twocents: They are most difficult to read and give me a frickin headache. I have resorted to copying them to MSWORD and rewriting them where I can get the gist of what the hell he is saying.

 

It seems that Haider Mawla is negotiating the HCL portion in the 2016 Budget for the area of Khandan and can't agree on what the percentage should be, either 17% or 22% based on the population of the area. Further he states that it should be for all the Iraqi people not just for the Khadan area or other Kurdistan regions. There are many areas of the budget regarding the allotted 300,000 barrels a day and the apportionment's that are being discussed. Seems as though Mawia believes that it should be for all the Iraqi people and not just for various regions.
