AND GO TRADEABLE IF THEY WANT TO STOP THE EXPELLING OF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT

RUN FOR PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

OR THE LEADER OF THE OPPOSITION BLOC

THE IRAQI LIST SAID NOT ONLY NO

BUT HELL NO

THEY WILL NOT support MALIKI AS PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

SO THE ONLY THING THEY ARE OFFERING HIM

IS THE OPPOSITION LEADER IN PARLIAMENT

SO HE IS PICKING UP TABLE SCRAPS NOW

I sincerely hope they have things arranged between Allawi's block and the INA & Kurds by then.

Then they can name the PM, ratify the 2010 Budget, and probably RI on their first parlimentary session.

I know it's stretching a bit, but they really need the RI done before they go to the UN. They want the sanctions lifted on the 15th when the UNSC meets on IRAQ.

It has to happen before Ramadan...

I thought Iraq needed to have everything in place by June 8th, one week prior to the UN meeting on June 15th, if they wanted any hope of having sanctions lifted? If so, doesn't a June 10th date screw them? I believe the threat was if it wasn't done at this meeting they'd have to wait until their next elections for sanctions to be lifted!
