Thanks Yota...This entire issue inspired the creation of the National Guard Law...Which works hand in hand with the Amnesty Act....The Kurds have the Peshmerga to overlook the civilian operation within their regions...The issue that makes the Shiite nervous is...their guilty conscious...uha, the arming of Sunnis...The Amnesty act, which is in Parliament along with the National Guard Bill...Will free the Sunni political and military leaders that were illegally thrown into prison by the Maliki regime...This has to do with becomin' Art.8 compliant...Increase in dinar worth can only support these efforts and would be another beneficiary of a RV....
