Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi “Kurdistan Regional Government did not provide the required oil supplies which were decided according to the oil agreement with Baghdad which stipulates providing 250,000 oil barrels to Baghdad.”

He added on Sunday “The federal Government is completely adherent to this agreement.” /End/

Iraq News looks to be the mouth piece of Maliki.  I went to the website and looked at the corruption files, and I didn't see one article pointing a finger at Maliki.
