It would be nice to have a legitimate election in iraq

And obey the term limits two terms except for barzani he's on his third right now he doesn't need to follow those kurdistan laws , just everyone else does

When was the last census taken?  If they voted to start the program, how would they know who gets paid?  This may take a while IMO.  It reminds me of 2011 when 20 delete the zero articles a day were released stating that it would be done in the next few months, yet here we are...

Iraq

 

Sharing borders with three other OPEC Member Countries – the Islamic Republic of Iran, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia – Iraq covers an area of around 438 thousand square kilometres.
