The central government has agreed with the Kurdistan Regional Government, earlier, on the export of 250 thousand barrels of oil through the territory of the Turkish Ceyhan line, with the export of 300 thousand barrels of the province of Kirkuk fields across the line itself. He said council member Mohammed Khalil's ( IMN ), "The Council calls on the central government to control oil exports via the Kirkuk fields to the Kurdistan region of pipes, to determine the exact proportions of the size of the exported quantities of oil." And that "the federal government has not yet responded to the request of the province." According to the Kirkuk Provincial Council, earlier, that the KRG has linked the province of Kirkuk oil pipeline pipes oil fields that crude oil exports to the Turkish port of Ceyhan, causing a crisis in the oil derivatives to the province. Perhaps this is an invitation for surrounding areas with oil traveling through pipelines belonging to as well Kirkurk ?
