A member of the coalition, Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri told ((eighth day)) to discuss the budget and read a second reading does not need a major label and the government of the republic and it needs a House of Representatives and the presence of a quorum. Unlike Najafi, Jubori seems like he doesn't want to mess around and put things on hold like the last useless parliament. He wants to push all laws that have been on the backburner and implement all the much needed laws that is needed to move Iraq forward economically. He wants to push all laws that have been on the backburner and implement all the much needed laws that is needed to move Iraq forward economically. not likely they have to read them both 3 times before a vote will be taken, Secondly the budget still has the punitive damages clause Maliki had put in so until a new CoM is seated & they change that it won't pass. Not sure why the HCL has not even been sent maybe it has what will get it passed & it keep Maliki from being able to steal funds from the oil sales.
