Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil Elaraby, said on Monday that 18 out of 22 Arab countries demanded punitive action against the Syrian regime.

Being that the article doesn't name the countries, I'm guessing they are the ones controlled by the US, Israel, and the international bankers.

Arab League needs to step up to put pressure on Assad in my opinion. 1-1/2 million refugees, that is a serious problem for neighboring countries.
