7-5-2012 HCL: Energy Commission confirms the enactment of the oil and gas during the next two months. According to a member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary and the National Alliance the next two months will see a vote on the draft law of oil and gas. The next session of the House of Representatives will put oil and gas law within the Commission on oil and energy to create a parliamentary law to provide for a vote within the Council. The current time is appropriate to vote on the oil and gas law to regulate the relationship between the federal government and local governments and between the oil ministry and companies contracting with it. The law would undermine the darkness and lack of transparency in transactions by the Ministry of Oil with oil firms and other companies. We are forced to vote on the law during the next two months. There is so much positive stuff coming together right now! All the articles educating Iraqi's on the new currency, HCL law being voted on, Erbil Agreement to start being implemented ??? :lol:
