This is the only way there will be any resolution to the issues. Sit the head guys in a room with their issues on their lists and work it out. I think this is a good solution in order to move forward in a timely way and get the show on the road. Zig, you called it.

They have two weeks to get this done, starting Monday when Talabani supposedly returns from the States. Haveing just the three of them meet would be a huge time saver and with any luck would get one of the big ticket items we need a checkmark next to it.
