PD41
I think the 3rd meeting was actually one of his AA meetings that he forgot about when you consider the stuff he says. OOM Cancelled the 3rd Meeting.
msmortgagewiz
A happy Friday to you too. I figured that was the case. btw - just a suggestion - check out your amendments, I think you may have confused the 1st and the 5th. Hence my last statement in my original post Oops, I stand corrected, but depending on the topic, and when the RV is announced, the 5th Ammendment may actually need to be invoked as well. Thanks for pointing that error out though. Got a "A" in Government too, and that was on the dag gone test. Should have just trusted my gut and checked first. I will check things like that out first next time around. I keep my business to myself at work, I wouldnt even know where to begin when the dinar RVs, I would be wondering the floors of my big bank asking passerby's "excuse me, can you point in the direction of the Dinar Department". I don't know much about the "when it happens" part. Unfortunately, I am only a expert in all things mortgage. If ever there is a question or the need for factual information for any situation, excluding trusts, (which is not my forte) I'm your gal. My plan for the RV is to simply head for DB in TN, and take advice for those here who know what the smartest cash in procedures would be. I have read almost all of those posts. Shick
I have the choice to read what's posted or not, I live in the positive and when a post starts out negative I halt and keep searching for the good in this venture. You all should do likewise. Peace! In the Middle East. Go Rv Go!
surfer
So, I am a very new member of the group, and this is my first post. Since the first part of Janaury, I have sat very quietly as I observed, read, and evaluated all of the postings from what appear to be a truly good group of members. I am so totally out of my element its not even funny. Having said that, I am in the banking industry, and work for a very well known large bank. I have a deep background in analyzing information, and restructuring defaulted mortgages according to our Investors SPA (Servicing Pool Agreements). I represent the underdogs, those on the verge of losing their homes, some hours away from a Foreclosure Sale. I negotiate, or mitigate Investors losses while analyzing borrowers current financial data. I say that to say this, I have a mere pettance invested in this, enough that when the dinar revalues I am able to bring my own mortgage current, as my family has also been hit hard by the economy, and my self employed husband, who is a humble house painter, hasnt had any work since last year, when I was forced to leave college in the middle of a semester to go back to the only thing I knew how to do (underwrite mortgages) Do I wake up every morning a little jacked up that this thing hasnt happened, well yes I do, do I kick my husband when he is already down, and say hurtful things to him because he cant find any type of job worthy of the only trade he has ever known? NO, because my anger would be displaced, and I couldnt take back my comments. What I am trying to say here, is life is a gamble. I am a fifty one year old wife, mother, grandmother, college student and mortgage underwriter who wants the same exact thing I believe all of you guys want. The quicker the better, lets just all remember that regardless of the information, and how accurate or over embelleshed it may be until the rate posts you have two choices. You can chose not to check in and read what is being posted only to say something in reply that you can look back on years from now and think about what a jerk you appeared to be while you invoked your 5th ammendment rights to free speech, OR you can simply remind yourself that we are all human, and in the heat of the moment may say things normally we wouldnt. Sometimes I'm sorry just isnt an option especially when it's left for all the site to see what a butt head you appeared to be in print. WOOSAH my new friends. Very well said. Throughout life, I have surmised that people who spend their time ridiculing and/or making fun of other people are in fact, trying to cover their own shortcomings and insecurities and also the fact they really have nothing to offer themselves but they love the spotlight. Their biggest fear is their insecurities being exposed and they don't dare look in the mirror and they mask it by pointing fingers at others. Again, what you wrote really needed to be said to the "cute/silly one" and I pray God Blesses you and your families' circumstances abundantly. Reported now you decide. That's a great start msmort....I suggest you read as many of the pinned topics as possible...very good information in them. Also I would suggest you find out about VIP...good link to start on is I had no clue about any of this when I got involved in May 2011, but I have spent a lot of time researching and reading. I'm platinum VIP and actually have a very defined plan for when the RV hits....Welcome, again
powerofreason
At 89, why worry about an RV when you aren't going to live long enough to do anything with it? I am only hoping Okie had no children who had children to continue his B.S. ing. Go away, Okie. You sound like a scratched, skipping, Nirvana record. Repetitive and nauseating . Let's keep it real folks and ignore the crap. It will be done if and when it is done. Not before. The rate will be the rate, if and when it happens. No more, no less. Be happy you are on this wild ride, win or lose. You have to admit, It's been fun lately! GOOOO RVVVVVVVVV!
