House of Representatives discusses Saturday 19 read law and completed the General Budget for 2012

Parliamentary source, Sunday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives will be completed during its 14-second chapter of the second legislative year, which will be held next Saturday, read the General Budget Law for 2012, in addition to first and second readings of 19 law.

The source said in an interview for “Alsumaria News”, “House of Representatives will be completed during its meeting of 43 of the second semester of the year the second legislative session next Saturday (21/1/2012), the second reading the draft law to the federal budget for fiscal year 2012″, noting that “The session will also discuss the lending staff, and the first reading the draft law to amend the law on seizure of contraband No. (18) for the year 2008, the draft law on ratification of the provisions of the Convention on the Regulation of electronic signature in the field of electronic transactions between the Arab countries.”

The source, who asked not to be named, said “The session will also see the first reading of bills the first amendment to the law and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and amend the Penal Code No. (111) of 1969 for Article (261), and the National Council for Reconstruction and Development Act, the Trade Bank of Iraq , “noting that” the meeting’s agenda also includes the first reading of the proposed law provisions engineering, and the proposed law amending the election law districts, counties, and the proposal of the law of the Federation Council, the draft law of the third amendment to the Law Academy No. (3) for the year 1995, the proposed law on private universities and the draft labor law. “

The source continued by saying, that “the House of Representatives will read the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the Republic of Iraq, the Convention on the economic and trade cooperation and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Bill, the integration of Bank of the Socialist Rafidain Bank, the draft law on the status of training money and banking, and the draft the law of modern agricultural villages, “pointing out that” the meeting include the second reading of bills Provident Fund customs, and treaties. “

Ever since that immediate meeting which was recently called I would not be surprised if this were the vote meeting. I honestly believe things are progressing much more quickly than what is being reported. JMO.
