CBI . com is a business website. CBI . iq and CBI . org are the websites of the Central Bank of Iraq. BOTH are down, supposedly due to bandwidth issues - as they were last week. I am from this industry and am prepared to suggest that there is ZERO chance that this declared cause is the problem. I am however very excited. because it's a great indicator to me that an RV is possibly very close.

So, now let's see .... People hand in their 25,000 IQD notes and receive 25,000 one IQD notes. They continue to pay 25,000 IQD for a tube of toothpaste until the magic day at which time the money they just spent to buy the toothpast could have bought them a car??? Why would they not hold their IQD notes until after RV ??? UNLESS their 3 x 000 notes were worth the same as 25 x 1 IQD notes - and that way we have a LOP + an RV ... Does this make sense ????
