    Of course the bank manager is going to humor whatever you say. If there is a RV they'll handle your money for a cost. If there is no RV they just charge you for a account you won't ever use. Means zero to him either way.

    So the bank teller looked inside her wallet and took it upon herself to offer an exchange. Then she asked the manager who had you go get all your dinar just so they could tell you they weren't exchanging it yet. You never asked the rate before running home? What if it was less then you payed? Did Okie help you with this story?

    Think about it. If he traded dinar for the dollar value of your silver but was going to get a much better rate then you are on his cash out because he's tier 2 or some fantasy like that, then he actually lost money. Sounds like he went with money in the hand and cut contact before you wised up.
