thank you great question, one reason it could be helpful is to cash in a smaller note value e.g 5000 DR and if it comes at 1:1 then you deposit it, it will not "trigger" then banking system/Fed/ IRS because it is not over 10,000.00 so you can use it for things. Remember to pay all the taxes!.

I am concerned that if it is announced by the 7th, that he will still be rejected and the government will go to a stand still and any progress will also stop. We have to remember that our country started with people that were shipped to this land and we had to start from scratch and build from there. Our leaders George Washington, Thomas Jefferson Abraham Lincoln, were born here in America. The way I see it is the problem with Iraq is that they are starting in the same location and with many of the same "citizens" and now trying to play a game of leadership and governing with different rules. It is like Iraq has first been playing dodge ball for hundreds of years (people out for themselves) and now in one election have to play baseball ( all on a team and working together). I see this as a more difficult process. The one thing that is similar in both countries (USA and Iraq) is that the people are tired and angry of having government ruled over them. This is just some of my thoughts. This can get very tangled. just my thoughts
