    I don't recall seeing any results of previous census endeavors....that was the hold up for years and intentionally not acted upon to avoid validating the citizen's share of oil proceeds. You may very well be right.

    The transition to the "swift platform" has created a lot of confusion in Iraq since there is not an equivalent term in the Iraqi language. Many have opted to refer to it as the "soon platform" for simplicity's sake.

    @Luigi1....I recall actually seeing a post with the lower denominations pictured with coins (fils) that aligned with equivalent USD currency values. That was at least 2 or 3 computers ago before the good doctor made haste to England. I probably didn't think to save as the RV was scheduled for the next 3 day weekend....LOL
