Ok, you're right, but I was referring to the general concept of the government giving free money to the people. Yes, Kuwait, Iraq, and other oil-producing countries can afford to do it. The US can't, but continues to do so because the useless politicians don't have the skills to do anything else except sit on their fat asses and collect paychecks for doing either nothing or screwing the people a little more each day.
