not saying soon---or a rate--- but : the most important news out of Iraq involves issuing the small denominations : the G.O.I. wants the u.s.dollar out of circulation : no Iraqi citizen will cash in their u.s.d. for the new currency unless the value is equal---IMO also---the new small denom's will not buy anything at the current exchange rate
