Aaaa Yea ?! :blink: 7. Several months ago, due to the on-going delays and increased ‘headwind’ the Joint Chiefs of Staff were appointed by the World Court to supervise the conclusion of the WGS; they were given a deadline of December 31, 2010. Based upon this and the progress that was being made in early December, I opined [which has been widely reported] that if I were a betting man CMKX would be paid out by Christmas. Unfortunately, not even the JCS were up to the task. Accordingly, on January 1, 2011 the World Court appointed one of the lien holders, China, to take charge and supervise the conclusion of the WGS payouts. They are currently in charge and proceeding to bring the matter to conclusion. I am currently advised that all will be completed by January 21, 2011. Anyone REALLY think the US JCS are going to get involved in this ??? Wash away all the poo and what's left ? Thanks for the entertainment.

The ONLY reason I occasionally read this weenies posts are for the entertainment value I haven't read one in a quite a while and just happen to pick this one up. Still can't figure out why people still post his poo and others still want to read it - OH YEA! The entertainment vaule... DOPE ! While I hate to cast a downer on the subject everyone seems to forget one thing. When has the UN EVER been reliable. It is one of the most corrupt, inept organizations in the world. They huff and the puff and then they start wheezing from the effort. I want the RV soon like everyone else. And like everyone, I find it difficult to stay positive/up beat. But if we are waiting for the UN to do the right thing, well, I tend to be very cynical. Stay grounded

Allow me to be more clear. Warning : I plan to use some big words. When it comes to the news, I agree, some of these folks do a great job of breaking down the reporting and presenting it in a chewable form that most people can digest. For that effort - I give them credit. I acknoledge they are doing the heavy lifting and YUP - i benifit from it as mush as you or anyone does. My point was - I laugh at the comment "I could be wrong". However, when they stray from facts and begin prognosticating, preidicting dates, intimating they have inside knodlesge of who is thinking what - then I call that first class fecal material. Fine line between rumor and sooth sayer. Do I my own research and investigation - YES. I am was not a mindless sheeple when I invested in the Dinar. (Took 2 months of research before I jumped in). Do I present what I know or learn- NOPE. I do not profess to be omnipotent or all knowing. I have my talents in other areas but I know one thing - I make sure I mitigate facts before I put mr. happy up for a slap. I could have done a better job if communicating my meaning - I acknowledge that. If you are still unclear, I can only believe that (1) you haven't a clue what was just said (big words again) or (2) you have drank the coolaid and believe every word hat gets posted here. I had the same experience Mariejose had Jbird. I opened a saving account and that's all. IMO, open the acct and start a relationship with the bank. When it comes time to cash is, you may be able to negotiate a much smaller spread fee (the fee they change to exchange). You don't have to buy any financial product from them, but you don't have to tell them that either. The key message I have is : It's YOUR Money. Take the emotion off the table and do what's best for you. If you don't like the exchange rate - other banks will compete. If you don't like the fincial products (and I personal do not at 5th 3rd), then go else where. Take you time and make a good the best decision for you :)

Just reviewed them - thanks Mojo., Aside from being a seller/pumper I have to think this will push the CBI a little!!? The secret of the dinar cannot stay a secret for long ( think someone else pointed that out recently). Pressure is a buildn' captain and she's goona blow !!

Lynnkit : He had to research that question with his higher ups. Response was "let's see what happens when the time comes". I made it clear that I wanted to build a business relationship w/5th 3rd post cash in. Use them to invest etc. Else I had choices and would do business else where. I know Ali is suppose to open a branch bank in Toledo and will charge $150/million. So - for a 2 hr drive, that is my ace in the hole. I fully understand about your feelings about doing the right thing and not being taken adv of Keep asking questions and reading post here. Someone will keep us all pointed in the right direction !

I too am at 5th 3rd in Columbus. The Chase near me does NOT deal in Dinar when I asked back in November. The $200 is correct BUT look out for the spread. For example, if the RV was $1.00, 5th 3rd may give you 0.99 cents - taking .01 for them selves. That is $10K per million !! I already alerted my branh manger I expect full value. After all, if they can charge me about $200(again the spread) to purchase 1MM Dinar, they can charge me the same amount to buy it back. Their over head involved to process did not change.

I see the posts and sellers differentiating between uncirculated and circulated notes. I own both. The notes are the same and have the same security features. Once set is from SafeDenar, the other from my bank 5th 3rd. As a hobby, I am a coin collector so I know the intrinsic value of an uncirulated pc of currency. Other than to a collector, what is the difference between the two please ? Thanks ! :confused:

What a great dialog - thanks. As far as the LLC goes, I was thinking (worried) about the same thing Adam mentions : ownership timing of the asset. To that end, I don't know if there is time to mitigate any risk/ reward. I suppose I will have to suck up the tax burden like everyone else and repeat my opening remark : what did the US govt do to deserve this income on my risk ?! While I, like everyone else, would like to see an RV now, I like the idea of the event happening in 2010. That way, we can invest the proceeds and help offset some of the tax liability. Not much - but some. Finnally, take those invested funds (interest) and feed it into your 401K or Roth IRA and take those deductions. The IRS doesn't make it easy, but with a little work, we can keep a wee bit more than just writing the check That is what is rattling around in my head anyway lol
