At least one of the pilots had sense enough to return and abort the mission. This probably saved the lives of all aboard that helicopter. None the less it is sad to hear of the Marines and other service members who died in this training exercise. May they all R.I.P. Semper FI Condolences to all their families.

All I can say to this is, "It's about time." I have heard charges were brought up against Maliki for ages now but this is the first time I have seen it in writing. May he get his day in court and may the people of Iraq get back their money and goods he stole from them.
