Good point... lol! Too bad women are not in charge of the GOI. Everything would have been done by this afternoon and the rate would be awesome. A balanced budget would be passed this morning along with HCL and Erbil. We would have already moved on to story time. Saleh would be in a big timeout and have to watch everyone else eat a cupcake. Everyone would have to apologize to each other. Not to mention, whatever artifacts haven't been destroyed would be in Kuwait's possession and new artifacts made by the GOI themselves would have been presented to Kuwait as a part of the apology before the end of the afternoon. Everyone would be home in time for supper... We can only dream!

Thank you! Our blessing is coming. The crazy thing is, it's because I tuned out all this "sound advice" about this being a scam or not possible. How funny is that? Thank you! Go RV! Amen Carrello! My dog is already the worst walker in the world, so he didn't do well with another dog. My toddler had fun though. The whole time I was thinking: thank God I didn't bet Dinars! I will get my payback when it RVs on a woman avatar! Lol!

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with the original post. The Dinar has already gone up in value and we are not pathological because we are anticipating, eventually, a good or great return on our investment. For many people it's faith and hope, and for others it's the good old fashioned logic you speak of. Here's the reality: Smart cards have been issued, I am sure you already know what that means, but I challenge any new person to look up what this means; A number of countries have forgiven Iraq's debt; Contracts with Exxon,Shell, etc. have been signed; Over the last several days, the auctions have consistently been over 200 million; Chapter 7 will be lifted at any moment; Erbil and HCL will be passed, any moment now; The GOI is holding emergency sessions to get laws passed; The head of the IMF is making positive statements not only about Iraq, but about the Dinar; Iraq is rebuilding their infrastructure while bragging they will have the most powerful currency in the Middle East... I could go on ad nauseum about the progress being made here. And even straight up, conservative people like Adam Montana and Bravo are saying we're almost there, something we haven't heard from them before. I am not the least bit embarrassed about my enthusiasm for this. Now spending years scrounging and saving to build equity in a house, only to have the housing market tank and see that equity vanish before my eyes, or watching my 401k dwindle cause the market is tanking after years of putting away and doing the responsible thing, well, that just sucks. With all due respect, I'm done listening to everybody. I follow the news, the money, and I trust my gut. Now here's Reese Witherspoon. I'm off to walk my neighbor's dog. I lost my bet about an RV before the 7th, but it's still coming. In my opinion I was off by a few weeks, maybe days. Every month that they don't RV I buy more. I have a plan, and I'm executing. Go RV!

I believe you are correct! It is so far, the most expensive divorce in Hollywood history, even bigger than Harrison Ford's. She will split residuals from all films he made while they were married, including The Passion of the Christ which has grossed over 600 million so far. Was that chick he now hates worth it? Obviously not. Very expensive mistake, and not just a financial one at that. Still loved Braveheart though... Thanks for the recap Bumper! I think you summed it up perfectly!
