Synopsis, It does not matter as to the flow of the water from the tap. If the Tap only drips, the water will flow to cup #3 before any other cup other than cup #1. The pipe from cup #1 to #3 is lower than the pipe from #1 to #2. If you flood cup #1 with water, #1 will most likely fill up first, but the pipes to cups #3 and #2 will drain that cup fast, as the diameter of the pipes look to be the same as the mouth of the tap. Did anyone catch the interview with Abadi and Charlie Rose tonight on pbs. I did not see it all and Charlie Rose stated the full interview would be on late night.

Just wanted to hear some thoughts about the three phases, on January 7th, 2012, Iraq stated they completed phase one which was to procur counting equipment from del la rue, and phase two would take six months. If I remember correctly, phase two was the removal of the zeroes. This leads me to think that if the tariffs would be implemented in June, this would be six months from the end of phase one and the start of phase three. I could not locate the article that explained the three phases, so this is all from memory. Just wondering.
