There has probably been some positive corrective action since the article was penned (excellent article by the way). The Kurd Minister was not brash or arrogant toward Baghdad which is encouraging in itself. Abadi is trying hard to unite ALL of Iraq......I would suspect the whole issue will reach HCL fruition (soon), if not already. I read somewhere that info out of Iraq is somewhat time delayed. Wait a minute......Abadi has a 2 point plan.
