Nothing but another "NEW" clown denouncing multiple studies that have already been done that show a positive effect. I think 10 years plus is plenty of time for a positive financial situation to take place. They are pumping more oil now than in Saddams reign / they are selling natural gas instead of burning it off / foreign investors are flocking and If anything the population is lower than before. These are just a few items that denounce this ridiculous article, in reality by getting out of chapter 7 and establishing international status an RV technically does not have to happen. Blah Blah Blah They can talk all they want but until international status is achieved its meaningless. Once their H.C.L. / FULL G.O.I. and Erbil agreement are agreed upon "International status" rules will apply and I guarantee just showing their real worth will be a gain in itself even without a formal RV

What? The M2 only grows when new bills are distributed, if in fact they are rolling dinars back into the economy these bills do not make the M2 grow and I highly doubt they are printing new old bills when they are stating they are replacing the currency. In fact they have been pulling larger denoms. for quite some time. We will not see the true "in circulation" bill count until Iraq is Internationally recognized and I.M.F. transparency rules apply

No surprise there's always something and someone trying to sabotage Iraq as a country from moving forward to International Status. Without a complete G.O.I. and International status any type of monetary change cannot take place. You have the President of Iraq urging foreign investors to come to Iraq and on the other hand you have Maliki doing everything with-in his power and beyond to sabotage Iraq from moving forward as a country.

Iraqi's have been primarily using the dollar in the marketplace. The current Dinar is rendered useless "even with the larger 000 notes it's ridiculous to carry the amount of Dinar needed to make purchases "this was the downfall of there 25 dinar coin" that was originally part of there cash block and were phased out. This article is ridiculous the currency needs to compete with the dollar. By deleting the larger 000 notes is counter productive without adding value. The statement about 000 deletion being a ? cosmetic step would be a rather expensive day at the spa ! All of these article are ridiculous and repetitious. I personally do not put a lot of faith in any of these so called news articles. Thanks for the post

This article does in fact state that the existing Dinar program rate does not reflect the true value of Iraq's financial situation now or in the future " it does state a value change" In my opinion: What We need to see is Iraq getting themselves out of chapter 7 with passing the "H.C.L. & Seating the Security Minister to complete the G.O.I. to become internationally traded. Correct me if I'm wrong but any changes made to the currency without chapter 8 status & International recognition means nothing anyway! Thanks For The Post
